Management can now send notifications and messages to teams and individuals directly from the portal using SMS messaging, emails and online notifications and alerts.
Distribution groups update organically as employees are moved from one project to the next. This information is then captured in a project scheduler tool which allows management and staff to quickly identify which projects they should be working on.
With most employees operating as freelancers, an online invoicing tool was created which allows employees to create, store and submit invoices quickly and effectively.
Alongside these tools, a series of more traditional employee portal services have been created including a staff directory and document library with viewing permissions functionality.
