Geoffrey Smith Bricklayer & General Builder is a friendly, family run business delighting domestic clients with an unparalleled level of skill and experience for more than 25 years.
Unfortunately, whilst Geoffrey Smith takes a great deal of pride in the quality of service and workmanship offered by his business, the reputation of the building industry can be undermined by a small group of individuals or tradesmen who don't uphold the same values. Geoffrey wanted to make sure customers selected the right partner for their domestic project so he commissioned WebRelief to build a new website which he could use to showcase his work and services to prospective customers.
We quickly identified that business reputation was incredibly important in this industry so we created a website which showcased Geoffrey's talents by using photography of his work right across it, from the main image on the home page through to a gallery section which prospective customers could browse through before commissioning him for their project.
Rather than providing long technical explanations of the services Geoffrey offered which can often blind customers with trade language" we created short explanations of his service which were brought to life with beautiful iconography designed to reassure customers and encourage them to get in touch.
Finally, where possible, we weaved the all important customer testimonials across his website reassuring customers that with Geoffrey, their building projects would be in safe hands.
